Main Purpose of the Role
·     Ensure all tasks and expectations of Profusion Planning clients are completed on or before expected time frames

·     Ensure all service agreements between Profusion Planning and their clients are met promptly and service delivered is of high quality


Position functions
·     To support the Financial Planners in the provision of advice and ongoing service to new and existing clients of Profusion Planning.

·     To ensure the professional and courteous delivery of service to the clients of Profusion Planning.


Reports to
·     Directors of Profusion Planning / Team Leader


Management responsibility
·     None


Principal responsibilities
·     Assistance with the preparation of Statements of Advice.

·     Provide ongoing service to clients including delivery of Profusion Planning ongoing service package components.

·     Implementation of all advice recommendations

·     Diary Management on behalf of Financial Planners.

·     Processing of investment lodgements and insurance applications including suspense management.

·     Commission tracking and issue resolution with fund managers as required.

·     Management of client queries

·     Assistance with general advice matters

·     Care for the daily operations of the office

·     Answer phone calls

·     Greet customers

·     Preparing meeting rooms for appointments

·     Being hospitable to clients

·     Recording tasks and notes in Profusion Planning’s client relationship management system

·     Ensure all possible measures have been taken to mitigate compliance risk


Knowledge & skill requirements
·     Excellent PC literacy (including Microsoft Office programs)

·     Knowledge of financial planning process.

·     Experience in Statement of advice construction.

·     Understanding of financial planning compliance regime

·     Excellent attention to detail

·     Proactive and positive attitude



Experience, qualifications and training
·     Commerce Degree (desirable)

·     DFP (desirable)


Communication Requirements
·     Excellent telephone manner.

·     Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent client service.

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
