Profusion Planning is a boutique financial advice business. The business has experienced exceptional growth and continues to succeed. As part of the growth, we are looking for a remarkable person to join our small team and become part of our business.

As a client manager, you will be exposed to several parts of the business. For example, the strategy, systems, investments and of course our most important asset, our clients. At Profusion Planning we pride ourselves on our client service and the excellent reputation we have built amongst our clients, business partners and industry peers.

Known for your attention to detail, ability to work as part of a small team, you will be confident dealing with clients and have a love of all things financial. For the right person, this role can evolve into several other positions within the business.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Working with the team and systems to gather key client information.
  • Timely and efficient processing of all advice actions and requirements at the instruction of the advice team.
  • Managing the preparation for client meetings including all required documentation and interview materials.
  • Responding to and managing client queries and requests.
  • Ensuring completion of client documentation are compliant and provided in a timely manner.
  • All related administration tasks.

What are we looking for?

  • An understanding of the financial advice profession and what is required to deliver exceptional and highly compliant client service. We will want you to demonstrate your understanding during the interview process.
  • Competency with financial planning software in particular Xplan would be ideal but not essential, we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Experience in customer service, perhaps a role you’ve had whilst studying or after study.
  • A demonstrated desire to join the financial advice profession. You will need to tell us why you think it’s a good profession to join during the interview process.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, economics or commerce.
